1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using JustVisitMySite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be terminated.

3. Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, link to, or otherwise make available on JustVisitMySite ("Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to post such Content, and that your Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights (including copyright), privacy rights, or other legal rights.

You agree not to post Content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, doxxing, or otherwise harmful. Spam, impersonation, and unauthorized bot/scripted use are prohibited.

4. Rooms, Hosts, Admins & Moderators

The rooms you run are YOUR responsibility. If you create, own, host, administer, or moderate a chat room, cam room, or any other user-run space on JustVisitMySite, you are solely responsible for what happens in that space, including the conduct of its participants, the Content shared in it, and the enforcement of these Terms within it.

As a room owner, admin, or moderator you agree to:

  • Enforce these Terms and all applicable law within your room. Site-wide rules apply everywhere, including inside rooms you control.
  • Take reasonable steps to remove, mute, kick, or ban participants who post illegal, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited Content, and to act promptly when you become aware of such Content.
  • Never use your room tools (muting, kicking, banning, role assignment, recording, or any other moderation feature) to harass, retaliate against, impersonate, or unlawfully discriminate against participants.
  • Not knowingly permit, encourage, or facilitate any activity in your room that violates these Terms, including content sexualizing minors, doxxing, threats, or coordinated abuse.
  • Operate your room consistent with the Room Admin Guide where applicable.

Moderation privileges are granted at the discretion of the room owner and of JustVisitMySite, and may be revoked at any time. Granting another user admin or moderator privileges in your room does not relieve you of responsibility for that room.

Rooms run by other users are not operated, endorsed, or controlled by us. JustVisitMySite does not pre-screen or monitor the activity in user-run rooms. To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, we are not responsible or liable for the conduct of any room owner, admin, moderator, or participant, for any Content shared in a user-run room, or for any harm, loss, or dispute arising out of or related to a room operated by another user. Your decision to enter, participate in, or rely on any user-run room is at your own risk. If you encounter a room or participant violating these Terms, please report it to us using the contact information below.

5. License to Platform

By posting Content on JustVisitMySite, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. This license ends when you delete your Content or your account, except to the extent your Content has been shared with others who have not deleted it.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Copyright Infringement – DMCA Compliance (U.S. Law)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. JustVisitMySite complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and other applicable U.S. copyright laws.

A. Designated DMCA Agent

B. Notice of Infringement – Takedown Procedure

If you believe that any Content on JustVisitMySite infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent containing the following information (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (e.g., URL).
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

C. Counter-Notice

If you believe that Content you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or the District of Connecticut if outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

We will forward any complete counter-notice to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice of a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.

D. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A "repeat infringer" includes any user who has received two or more valid DMCA takedown notices.

E. No Liability for User Content

We do not monitor or control user-uploaded Content. As a provider of interactive computer services, we are not liable for the copyright-infringing activities of users, provided we comply with the notice-and-takedown provisions of the DMCA.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms (including repeat copyright infringement) or applicable law. Termination does not affect our right to take additional legal action.

9. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. We are not liable for user-generated Content, platform downtime, or any third-party claims.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, JustVisitMySite and its owners, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, or for any harm arising out of or related to rooms or spaces operated by other users.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
